Every Program Needs a Social Worker

Join us for an interactive workshop on the important role of social workers in supporting and strengthening programs focused on children, youth, and families in Haiti. Social workers, para social workers, and psychologists can help facilitate valuable connection and support between organizations and the community or families they are serving. They may be deployed to assess families at risk of separation, prepare families and children for reunification, counsel youth moving to independent living, or provide trauma support and counseling both in residential care and in the community.
